Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes categories of activity that are not permitted on Paxlivo. It is an initial beta draft and should be reviewed alongside the final commercial and legal structure of the service.

1. Illegal activity

Paxlivo may not be used to facilitate activity that is illegal in the jurisdiction applicable to the service operator or that clearly uses the platform to facilitate fraud, theft, malware, extortion or other unlawful conduct.

2. Abuse of infrastructure

Users must not probe, attack, disrupt, overload or circumvent security controls of Paxlivo or other systems, or use the service to distribute malicious code.

3. Misrepresentation

Merchants must not falsely claim that Paxlivo endorses their business, guarantees their products, holds customer funds for them or provides deposit insurance.

4. Wallet and credential abuse

Merchants must not request that Paxlivo staff store their seed phrase or private keys. Credentials, API keys and wallet recovery material must be protected by the merchant.

5. Enforcement

Paxlivo may investigate credible abuse reports and may restrict or suspend platform access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or service integrity.
