Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes activity that is not permitted when using Paxlivo's website, merchant accounts, payment infrastructure, APIs or related services.

1. Illegal or fraudulent activity

Paxlivo may not be used to facilitate conduct that is illegal under applicable law or to knowingly support fraud, theft, malware, extortion, phishing, deceptive schemes or other unlawful activity.

2. Abuse of infrastructure

Users must not probe, attack, disrupt, overload, bypass or interfere with Paxlivo security controls, networks or other users, or use the service to distribute malicious code or conduct unauthorized access attempts.

3. Misrepresentation

Merchants must not falsely claim that Paxlivo endorses their business, guarantees their products, holds customer funds for them, provides deposit insurance or guarantees refunds or transaction reversal.

4. Credential and wallet abuse

Users must not attempt to trick Paxlivo staff or other users into revealing passwords, API credentials, private keys, seed phrases or recovery backups. Merchants are responsible for protecting their own credentials and wallet recovery material.

5. Platform integrity

Users must not create accounts or traffic primarily to evade technical limits, interfere with service monitoring, conceal malicious activity or exploit software vulnerabilities. Responsible security reports should be submitted through the official contact channel rather than exploited.

6. Merchant responsibility

The merchant remains responsible for the products and services sold through its business, customer support, refund decisions and compliance obligations that apply to its activity. Paxlivo providing payment software does not constitute endorsement of a merchant.

7. Enforcement

Paxlivo may investigate credible abuse reports and restrict, suspend or terminate platform access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, protection of users or service integrity. Where practical, merchants may be asked for information needed to review an incident.

8. Reporting abuse

Reports can be sent to [email protected]. Include relevant store, invoice or technical identifiers where available, but never send a seed phrase or private key.
