Terms of Service

These Terms are an initial website draft for Paxlivo's beta and should be reviewed for the final operating entity, jurisdiction and commercial model before paid public launch.
1. Service
Paxlivo provides hosted software infrastructure intended to help merchants create and monitor cryptocurrency payment requests. The service is designed to operate on a non-custodial basis: merchant payment destinations are configured by the merchant, and Paxlivo does not represent itself as a bank, exchange or wallet custodian.
2. Beta service
Early-access features may change, be limited, be unavailable, or be discontinued as the platform is tested. Beta access does not guarantee continued free service or future availability of any feature, asset or network.
3. Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for wallet security, destination-address accuracy, account credentials, legal compliance, taxes, customer disclosures, refunds and the goods or services they sell. Never provide seed phrases or private keys to Paxlivo.
4. Blockchain transactions
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible and may be delayed, reorganized or affected by network congestion or fees. Paxlivo does not control third-party blockchain networks.
5. Prohibited use
Use of Paxlivo must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. Paxlivo may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or infrastructure, or to respond to legal obligations.
6. Availability
We aim to operate reliable infrastructure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, software updates, network outages, blockchain conditions and upstream infrastructure may affect availability.
7. Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of profit, transaction finality or uninterrupted availability. Final commercial terms, liability limitations and governing-law provisions will be published before paid public launch.
