Depending on how you use Paxlivo, we may process account details, contact information, authentication and security logs, store configuration, invoice and payment metadata, integration settings and communications you send to support. We aim to collect only information reasonably needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

2. Wallet information and private keys

Paxlivo is designed as non-custodial payment infrastructure. Merchants should not provide seed phrases, private keys or wallet recovery backups to Paxlivo. Public wallet addresses, transaction identifiers and related blockchain data may be processed where needed to create, monitor or troubleshoot payment requests.

3. Public blockchain information

Transactions recorded on a public blockchain can be visible to anyone using that network. Information permanently recorded by a blockchain is not controlled by Paxlivo and may not be erasable even if related account information is later deleted from Paxlivo systems.

4. How information may be used

Information may be used to provide merchant accounts and payment functionality, authenticate users, secure the platform, detect abuse, troubleshoot payments, respond to support requests, communicate service changes, maintain records and meet obligations that apply to the service operator.

5. Service providers

Paxlivo may use infrastructure, email, monitoring, security, analytics or support providers where reasonably necessary to operate the service. Providers should receive only the information required for their function and may have their own privacy terms.

6. Retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for account operation, security, fraud and abuse prevention, dispute handling, support, backups, recordkeeping and applicable legal requirements. Retention periods can differ by data type.

We use administrative and technical controls intended to protect service data, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Merchants remain responsible for protecting their email accounts, Paxlivo credentials, API keys, webhook secrets, wallets and recovery materials.
